Interesting Contest in NA 105 Gujrat II

Ch Mubashar Hussain PML-N was PTI member until on last day he did not got ticket some one else did he ran away to PML.N - He is in family with Ch Shujaat but are enimies i hear.

What i have been told by friends PTI is gaint strengt in Kahrain , Gujrat area. Many villages has gathring were they decided to vote PTI. According to my friends PTI has very strong candidates. PML-N maybe will be win 1 seat else no chance.

Traditionally, voters in Gujrat have always voted for individuals and not the party. Unless IK was himself standing in NA105, its going to be extremely tough for Afzal Gondal to beat Pervaiz Elahi or Mubashar Hussain. If Imran was standing himself, he would have smoked them all.

basically in cities like gujrat , sahiwal and these kind of central punjab cities people dont take pti seriously .. i dont know the reason but they just dont take them seriously because whenever i go there i have some relatives whenever i advise them to vote pti they just started laughing at me ...its just they love to live in worse conditions.. people are used to 18 hours loadshedding in these areas

Like the first poster said, it's a tough competition between Chaudhry Mubashar of PML-N and Parvez Ellahi with Chaudhry Mubashar being the favourite. If you see the random feeling in Gujrat, most people are currently supporting PML-N... The entire business association seems to be supporting PML-N. However there is still a strong potential for PTI among the youth but it seems unlikely to win from this constituency for this General Election. Chaudhry Mubashar had joined PTI and left the party after he was not given a ticket by the PTI leadership. PTI had a greater chance if the ticket was allotted to Ch Mubashar instead of Afzal Gondal. He is more like a wealthy person but does not even know how to speak properly as per some people in Gujrat.

Both Ch Mubashar and Parvez Ellahi comes with individual vote bank followed by the party vote bank, whereas Afzal Gondal will probably have the party vote bank only. PTI does have thousands of votes in Gujrat (at least 200 people pledged to vote for PTI in front of me)... but it may not be enough to win in Gujrat (unless something happens)...

No chance for Ahmed Mukhtar

It's like out of 100... 45 people wants to vote for PML-N, 30 for Q, 20 for PTI and 5 for other parties including Ahmed Mukhtar

NA-105 is the weakest link of Pmln in Gujrat, If Pti cant beat us here forget the other seats

Pmln is known for its business friendly govts, Thats why Pmln is strong in Industrial cities like Sialkot, Gujranwala etc. Will perform much better in Faisalabad this time too. Pti has not been able to remove this perception.

Take example of Lahore, the 2 big trade unions of the city ( who contest against each other ) both support Pmln

One more thing in that election Local Chapter of PPPP, Paganwala Family, Jorra Family and Afzal Gondal Group also supports PML-N Candidate. This Time all of them splits in different groups so it will be a tough fight between all of them. Also Pervaiz Elahi is going door to door so it will also helps a Lot.

The muqabla is between N and Q and may be PTI if youth and their families do the miracle... (highly unlikely scenario though)

Ahmad Mukhtar will be at 3rd place in city gujrat after PML N and PML Q. Even if he got some votes in rural area he will not be in a position to compete for top slot. Actually he has also bleak chances of rural support as his last time supporters and candidates Samman family is contesting on PTI ticket.
