Don't understand the need to bash him or supporters of PTI - clearly he can be seen surrounded by those telling him to leave and they respect him. No harm came to him and that's what matters. Whatever else was burnt, looted etc wasn't everyone, just a few hooligans and we all have those in society.

he is a general when wearing his uniform. otherwise he is a private citizen. For one I am impressed he is trying to reason with the crowd. Not sure if the crowd deserves the benefit of the doubt here

Very reasonable of the officer to try and reason out in an awkward situation. Few hooligans threatening his family doesn’t make him coward or anything.
This incident does show a lot about change of situation in Paksiatn. Army is themselves to be blamed for the s# #t they are in. A professional army is required but not one that also meddles in other areas of the governance.
