I think it's a wrong title, since INS Vikramaditya is already the third CV of Indian navy.

The following are what I found on Wiki:

Active:
INS Viraat: Centaur class carrier (ex-HMS Hermes) in service since 1987.
Under construction:
INS Vikramaditya : Modified Kiev class carrier (ex-Admiral Gorshkov) is expected to enter in service in December 2013.
INS Vikrant: 40,000 ton Vikrant class carrier. It is being built at Cochin Shipyard and is expected to enter service in 2017.
INS Vishal: 65,000 ton Vikrant-class carrier. Expected to enter service in 2022.
Retired:
INS Vikrant : Majestic-class carrier, (ex-HMS Hercules), in service from 1961 to 1997 and currently a museum ship docked at Mumbai.

So I think INS Vikramaditya is the third one next to INS Vikrant and INS Viraat.

First of all Range of c-400 AKG is 180 km-240 KM.
Now its carried by a fighter jf-17 that has a radar range of 130-135km against surface ships.Means it will not be able to utilize missiles range on its own.
First line of defence-Carriers CAP[combat air patrol],consisting of mig-29k fighters these will challenge any incoming jf-17s loaded with these missiles.The jf-17 package will come with escorts.
If u make a comparison in performance,avionics and firepower mig-29k is manifestly superior to jf-17.Jf-17 will lose that fight.Failed in the very first line of defence.
Secondly u also have to identify the carrier among the battle group and also guide the missile there,a moving target.
But lets say it did launch.
The carrier battle group[usually operating with an AWACS or AEW aircraft[ will respond acordingly.
U will have to go through a defence of 2 destroyers and 3 frigates plus corvettes per CBG.
Each one armed with elctronic countermeasures to spoof its guidance,if that fails a combination of a layered defence barak-2,BARAK-2 ER, shtil-1,barak-1,CIWS.
And only then u have final defensive line of the carriers own defences.

So yeah,i'm pretty confident of the carriers survival.Mig-29k outclasses jf-17 and this gives IN great advantage early on,the chnces of jf-17 getting close enough are very low .And because its not stealth or low observable aircraft will be easily picked up by the AESA radars on the IN ships from large distances and the AWACS or AEW working with it.

ok guys enough ! now lets discuss the the IN's need for an Aircraft Carrier and what role will it play.

An aircraft carrier is a huge force multiplier, the practical area of sea it can cover oweing to its jets and surviellence crafts is a few thousand kms of sea. Its also effective for land attack and sub sea. A new usage soon will be UCAV's flying from it.

And, the "Dosa machine" is very handy and particularly deadly.

MYSORE: When the staff attached to Indian Navy on-board 'INS Vikramaditya' will be defending the nation, it is the technologies developed at Mysore that will help them get idlis and dosas, the south Indian staple food.

Slated to be inducted into the Indian Navy by year-end, 'INS Vikramaditya' is now equipped with dosa- and idli-making machines, both of which have been conceived at city-based Central Food Research Technological Institute (CFTRI). The machines start operating once the aircraft carrier enters the Indian territory after per-induction trials. A team from a Bangalore-based company has installed six dosa- and three idli-making machines. With the successful installation of the machines, the scientists at the premier R&D institute are proud. "The scientists are naturally elated. What we have developed will help the defence personnel," CFTRI sources told TOI.

Lack of Amphibious Ships ..add 2 -3 Amphibious Ships weighting more than 15k Tons

no she'll never be alone ! what i'm saying is that the jf-17 can fire AKG from the distance of 500 km so it doesn't necessarily have to face the mig 29k's , if the carrier is on an offensive mission so the AKG will face the barak ,shtil-1 and ciws. so i'm asking if these systems are capable enough to interception a missile with 6 mach speed

If I am not mistaken CM-400AKG doesn't have that kind of range.
So chances are that the JFTs will have to face the MiGs.
In a head on strike the interceptor won't need to be faster than the attacking missile and Barak and other CIWS will more or less will finish it off, i.e. going by the rule 2 against 1.
AKG is not a cruise missile its an air-to-surface missile that will go against slow moving targets which basically means it cannot maneuver or loiter like a cruise missile.
And as far as I have read it does Mach 5 only at the terminal stages giving the escorting frigates and destroyers enough time to strike back.
