INS Arihant to make debut at International Fleet Review 2016?

I agree to a some extend when you said S1 is a half completed Arihant for nuclear reactor validation .

I also agree with the point which said Whole Arihant-class is a technology demonstrator.

But when you look at these things very deeply on their configuration you will notice some differences . Yes you are correct S3 construction started as soon as S2 completed or at the same same time . So no major changes might be made. But the point is ... ok let me break it down ..

INS Arihant - 6000 T , 12 Sagarika / K-15 or 4 K -4 which has already test fired

INS Aridhaman - 6,000-tonne will carry 24 K15 or 8 K4 .
Now this is something we can get something out of it . All other Arihant-class will follow Aridhaman . Even though the size will be same the improvement made to Aridhaman is totally different and it's doubles the capabilities of Arihant . So I really don't belive the Size is just 6000 T . May or should be more . I don't say Arihant is smaller but may be due to our first TD we used less complexity by reducing the total play load by half.

So I belive S2 is our 2nd TD after S1 . Don't be surprised if we see 1000t added to S4 which is in advanced stages of Hull fabrication and basic structure

Because S4 can be used for our future SSBN .

Arihant is actually Akula class of Russia with metallurgy similar to scorpene with Indian Missile, torpedo, and other systems with BARC reactor of 83 MW.

Ok so what is the point are you making ?

. .
Just addition to some information for someone who do not know.
But Arihant class are based on Charlie class nuclear-powered submarine leased to india .
The Charlie class's secondary armament of torpedoes and sonar systems provided useful anti-ship and anti-submarine warfare capabilities in addition to their missile launch capabilities.

The last Charlie was retired in 1994. While still operational, one unit of the class was leased to the Indian Navybetween 1988 and 1991, mainly for India to gain experience in the operations of a nuclear submarine. India's Arihant class submarine is believed to resemble a Charlie II boat .
SO OUR SSN WILL BE ON AKULA-CLASS. We already have one . Sure we had a thoughts of technology observation and plans for SSN before INS Chakra II entered our fleet . The 2 nd submarine will be leased will be up for full patrolling duties. Chakra II will be used for technology observations and training our troops

S-3 construction began roughly midway into the construction of S-2, and not towards the end of construction of S-2, as you claim. There are verified sources for my claim.

INS Aridhaman - 6,000-tonne will carry 24 K15 or 8 K4 .

That's bull. S-3 & S-4 will carry the exact same missile armament as the S-2. To carry twice the missile load, the VLS section of the SSBN would have to be doubled in length.

If what you were claiming would have been true, B~R and DeFI would have been buzzing with activity. WHich is why I'm asking again, what source are you relying on for your claims?

You're assuming everything and then trying to put forward an analysis based entirely on your own assumptions? Because not a single source of information or even reliable rumor has suggested anything even close to your claims.

And finally, The DND or Naval Design Bureau have a general idea of what they want in their next gen SSBN, but the design finalizations are being held back until the data from performance of Arihant SSBNs are analysed.

I dint claim . I also mentioned clearly . Or at the same time S2 was built .

Dude you must get the only one who claim Aridhaman will have same weapons capabilities of Arihant. But it's other way around . It's been claimed by most of articles for years now . So let me post this :

INS Aridhaman is the second Arihant-classsubmarine. She is the second nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine being built by India. She is being built under the Advanced Technology Vessel (ATV) project to build indigenous nuclear submarines at the Ship Building Centre in Visakhapatnam. She is the second indigenous nuclear submarine built by India and also the second built outside the P5 nations. This submarine will have double the number of missile hatches than its' predecessor INS Arihantgiving it the ability to carry more missiles. This will have a more powerful reactor than its predecessor.

§Description
The boat will have one seven-blade propeller powered by an pressurised water reactor. She can achieve a maximum speed of 12–15 knots (22–28 km/h) when on surface and 24 knots (44 km/h) when submerged.

The submarine has eight launch tubes in its hump. She can carry up to 24 K-15 Sagarikamissiles each (with a range of 750 km or 470 mi), or 8 of the under-development K-4missiles (with a range of 3,500 km or 2,200 mi).

Aridhaman will be fitted with a combination of two sonar systems – USHUS and Panchendriya. USHUS is a state-of-the-art sonar developed by DRDO. Panchendriya is a unified submarine sonar and tactical control system, which includes all types of sonar (passive, surveillance, ranging, intercept and active). It also features an underwater communications system. The hull features twin flank-array sonars and Rafaelbroadband expendable anti-torpedo countermeasures.

§Status
Aridhaman is being built in Visakhapatnam. She is currently being outfitted and is expected to be launched by the end of 2014 or the first quarter of 2015. In December 2014 it was reported that Work on second nuclear sub reactor had begun.

So far this is what every single analysts claim. Or you show me a link which say all Arihant will have same weapon capabilities . Sure you won't find find any new articles I guess. So I guess you are wrong in assuming that am assuming as well. Am not

You're assuming everything and then trying to put forward an analysis based entirely on your own assumptions?
No Am not . For that I could write a story book if I have to.

Because not a single source of information or even reliable rumor has suggested anything even close to your claims.
Seriously ? Not even a rumours ? Ok show me any official link which claim Aridhaman will carry 12 K15 or 4 K4 than 24 K15 and 8 K4

And finally, The DND or Naval Design Bureau have a general idea of what they want in their next gen SSBN, but the design finalizations are being held back until the data from performance of Arihant SSBNs are analysed.

Dude . True we are already planned for 6-7 advanced , bigger SSBN . Data from Arihant will be used .

.
S2,S3 and S4 will have the exactly same dimensions, speciications and armaments. There is no point in speculating and peddling baseless theroies.
