Arihant according to rumours has 4 silos . Each silo can carry either one K4 or three K15 .

So total missile it can carry is either four K4 or twelve K15 .

How big is this submarine? If its big, 4 silos is not a lot for such a boat for strategic deterrence.

Not prototype. Its supposed to be an operational version with more subs with similar specs going to be build.

This is my opinion, but they should extend the next boat and put in a dozen silos.

There are plans for bigger SSBN class but for arihant class( 3 subs), displacement is expected to be same i.e 6000 tons.

yep you are right ..... its basically a technical ship which will see the pro and cons and we will see bigger sub carrying more missile and smaller sub for hunting role
