Inquiry regarding Waiting Area/Room at JFK and Istanbul Airports

Just two months back traveled to Pakistan from Turkish Airline.
Well I literally hated their old airport waiting lounge when I was going to Pakistan.
Nastiest airport waiting lounge ever.
But when you fly to USA, it’s a different story.
This new airport is really clean and waiting area is very comfortable.

Overall Turkish airline is very average.

at JFK, she will be waiting for around 11 hours , and around 14 hours at Istanbul air port Turkey that's what her E-ticket says . I don't know if its old or new ?



a wife is a Wife, she didn't consulted me when booking a ticket , and she is definitely not smart enough to check the flight details

@Starlord, the old PanAm terminal at JFK has been converted to a hotel. Maybe that's available for short stays?

As I mentioned above: TWA hotel, Terminal 5.

A cheaper alternative might be to research what airline or independent lounges are available at JFK and pay for one of those. Maybe one of the airlines she's flying on has such a lounge available for an extra fee or upgrade?

Certain credit cards include that as a perk. Some lounges allow entry for a one time payment.

Wife in excitement of coming to Pakistan, specially before EID took this flight without noticing the long stays .. last time she got one long stay in Abu Dhabi for 12 hours, luckily my brother at that time was working in Abu Dhabi , this time she wont have that, at NY or Istanbul she will be alone and no help .

she is proven out to be a Stubborn White girl, despite me offering to pay for her stay in any hotel at both Istanbul and NY she refused to accept, and just want to stay in whatever waiting area they have
