Govt needs to build more affordable Colleges and Universities , we need to educate our youth cause they holds the key for a bright and prosperous future .
Throwing more money at teachers and schools isn't going to solve anything. Current education systems are massively overpriced.

Technology. Technology. Technology. An entire childhood to university level education...video lectures, text books, and class notes can be placed onto a tablet. Can be easily integrated with online Q/A of HW and standardized testing. Games and VR can also play huge role in future education. Vocational training is also critical.

300 billion dollars in 15 years for the country size of Pakistan is peanuts.
These are only which I know . These are all mega projects but there are many projects which I don't know . Many hospitals or district level projects.

That should be over 7 years max. If we invest in profitable sectors it doesnt matter how much debt we gain because those would be paid off themself. Its just getting rid of corruption, creating a pro private sector environment, and having law and order first.

How are these projects being financed?

Yes, it is but it's better than the previous 40 years, isn't it?

Also, the much-needed infrastructure development will lead to FDI, efficient speedy movement of materials and finished goods across the country, exponential growth in SME/B and jobs amongst so much more.

The bigger picture and all that...

It certainly is great, however we should try for more. Pakistan can achieve more if it stays away from wars and focus on domestic front. Let democracy work , elections on time, avoid engaging in any regional conflict, avoid seining troops abroad. Pakistan should focus on self development for next 20 years and we ll have a great progressive country with the talent, resources and work force Pakistan has.

Not going to happen, Indians want a fight and they will get it.

That's only like 5% of our GDP over 18 years. This can be managed. In reality it should be higher.

Look at it this way: how is the budget going to come up with approx. 15-16 billion dollars per year, given all the other demands, to get these projects financed? More loans? Under what terms?
