ahh yes sugar how can we forget half cup tea and half cup sugar diet of Pakistanis. Half the country is suffering from diabetes and heart problems bcz of this triad of garbage we consume in excess.
yes we can put two tea spoon oil where we put 20. No one is saying to give up oil but we can certainly reduce it by miles. Tragedy is that even after we eat our plates still have so much oul that we throw it away.
I suggest you don't put too much oil in your food, or the Americans will declare war on your food.
I suggest you try Chinese tea, put nothing but tea. Forget sugar and oil, eating too much of those things is tantamount to murdering your own health.

Need to kill hydrogenated oil, sugar and refined carb consumption. I realize these 3 things constitute like 70% of our diet, but by God, removing them can't possibly worsen our laziness, lack of vision (figurative and literal), diabetes and other problems.Obviously, this will help improve the health of the nation by reducing consumption of ghee and oil, and help lower cholesterol levels. All good.

tbh I don't regularly eat sugar, breads, rice, and cooking oils (sunflower, vegetable, palm, etc). For the most part, my diet is fresh cooked veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, etc) with a little meat (grass-fed beef cooked in coconut oil). I don't even consume milk. I make it using coconut flakes, almonds and macadamia nuts. I work out 4-5x a week no problem (weights 4x a week with high-intensity circuit training 1x a week). I can give you the nutritional roadmap to lose 50 lbs in 1-2 years from just your food.Ap keh rhy hai toe man leta hun warna dil nhi man raha hai.
Yes, it is true.Pakistan will pay 400Rs for sugar but wont reduce its consumption. Sane goes for oil and tea they would rather take loans.
Bhutto era inflation could have to do with the trauma of 1971 to the economy. As for the 2009-11 inflation, that was a consequence of the macroeconomic stablization policies of the time. IMF's perscription had to be followed after the economic meltdown of 2007 (Mush era) when Mushrraf was forced down.I agree that current level of Inflation is high, but Title is wrong
