Indonesia needs to invest in quite submarines and best possible training of its crews from Western countries. Indonesia should play its card right by aligning itself with US and becoming a robust, powerful regional power.

As for the Chinese, they are laughable since nobody takes their claims seriously and the traffic through SCS continues as normal---despite Sino puppy squealing. Best they can do is to bring their fish trawlers and cause some annoyance to Indonesia/Malaysia (if that lol).

A potent submarine fleet is the best option to keep a bigger navy away.

Lol bro, most Pakistanis dont even know what the SCS conflict is. Geopolitical considerations aside, Pakistani public always support Muslims anywhere and everywhere. Govt policy as you know is restricted by geopolitical considerations and what not.

Pakistani public would support China if the SCS conflict starts with say Philipines or Vietnam etc. Because China is our ally. Any country that wants to threaten Chinese territory will be punished with hard power. No ASEAN countries (even combined) can challenge China, not Japan, not India, not Australia. South Korea does not even want to feel Chinese wrath. We have the most powerful Navy in the region backed by our Airforce and Missile force. The region is completely covered with the goal of defeating the US Navy should it be foolish enough to start a war in the East China Sea and the South China Sea. And no, Islamic brotherhood basically is dead the moment the Saudis and Gulf States signed up with the US in the 80s. May I remind you that some members of the Islamic brotherhood countries were actually working to undermine Indonesia as well? Libya supported GAM, Malaysia... that is well known, Saudi Arabia was supportive of hardliners that are destabilizing current political landscape and so on.
