IAF and IN is much much powerful than SL. Then why India is mounting pressure against JFT specially when their own tejas is not ready as counter offer + their attitude will pressurize SL even more if they buy TEJAS.

LOL even Brand new 10 F16s are not threat. It's about isolation of Pakistan for pro hard proxies policy. Belive it or not India already did quite well to isolate Pakistan in many different leagues. Why Pakistan want to sell or give 10 JF17 to Sri Lanka? Why? Because Sri Lanka is a Trump card in the game against India planned by China. Which is now shattered. Pakistan is in catch 22 situation where it can't maintain or influence it's neighborhood and play key role of Hitman for China. If you won't be able influence Indian neighborhood?
