Funny thing is the opposite is true - confer with Iran, Afghanistan, China and of course India and the NATO countries operating in Afg. 1. Take note of the huge negative publicity this affair is getting in international media. Haven't seen BD getting such coverage for a long time - although this one is negative. We are now in a v embarrassing situation with our friends - SL, Bhutan, China, Thailand, Korea and Japan. And this comes just after we literally bought ourselves negative publicity in the Muslim world out of the Rohingya issue and the uncalled for soliloquy of Dipu Moni that BD is not a Muslim country, we are secular.

2. My hunch is now more firm. This has been carefully planned by the Dhaka Committee. And The Crusader 100 were the people involved. The fear is that these syndicates may be working outside the control of our administration - even SHW didn't seem to know about the kidnapping of Ilyas Ali.
