You know news channels are dead when I can find the latest news pop up on YT and still not a single article about it anywhere.

more dollar bags going out..... hats off to whoever is doing this.
This is a complete lie. Pakistani economists(not that Pak has any intelligent ones) have been using Indian emergency landings and medical emergencies as an excuse for dollar smuggling. Pakistan allows Indian planes to use it's airspace not out of courtesy but because it desperately needs the navigation charges Indians pay. Pakistan is completely bankrupt and does not have money to import wheat, pulses, oil etc. Beggars can't be choosers. Pak has also been blaming Afghanistan and Iran. Basically everyone is conspiring to smuggle dollars out of Pak (and give nothing in return). This conspiracy theory is an absolute joke. Dollars would go out when some product comes back in return.
Pakistan has a foreign exchange crisis because it has nothing to exchange with foreign nations. It should stop blaming others and rink about it's own actions. It was not India, Afghanistan or Iran which forced Pakistan to take CPEC loans. Only object Pakistan exports is BLAME. But the reality remains, sawaari samaan ki khud zimmedar hai!!!

India does not need to resort to cheap tricks to bring Pak down. IK will do it for us, we just need to give PTI more guns and bombs. We wish to see a long march.

The Capt. and SFO are both very honorable. If a pax develops medical symptoms mid-air what would you have the pilots do. Unlike Pakistanis, Indian lives do carry weight. We would pay any price to save our people.

Too many emergency landings Karachi in last few months. While it is quite common to give space for emergency landing as per international aviation rules, the high frequency do make it look a bit suspicious.

It was a medical emergency and apparently the passenger from Nigeria died before landing. Also if you see the flight radar data, Karachi was the closest airport to them.

Additionally, Karachi is the nearest major airport for most planes flying westwards from India for quite a long distance if you see the map. So it is obvious that flights that are westbound can have emergencies and Karachi is the only airport nearby.

why is this even news ?
India and Pakistan do not have direct flights currently.
