The court will uphold it calling it a decision made by the parliament and court having no mandate over it
Maybe a lengthy litigation with a harsh back and forth but nothing serious

Agree, that might happen, and the court might question the manner in which the process was done. But unfortunately the court may not even question the process, as thats is not the petition. The petition is revocation of teh abrogation and not the process. This will go back and fourth but it will stay.

The courts only decide teh constitutional validity of any amandment or executive order not the order itself. Thats what courts are for. But calling it unsecular like you and your fellow countrymen are doing is unfair.

Indian SC has a reputation of its own and its unquestionable (albeit some cases where they dont want to get their hands dirty).

And this is where you are absolutely wrong. The govt today moved a petition to appoint an interlocutor for K&K which was not approved by the court (in light of law and order to settle). over 70% of J&K is already assimilated and well integrated in India (Jammu and Ladakh region), the vally has 3 sects, teh extremmists, neutrals and supporters. The govt just has to tackle the first and it can be done. The comparision to west bank is rubbish.

Supreme court doesn't really pass judgements on boundary demarcations. They leave it to political set up.They might ask centre to cut down on restrictions in Kashmir but that's it.

That to it will start hearing only in the month of Aug2019.
By that time the situation sould have improved even more...

You are young. The vally has ProIndia- who will remain pro India always, regardless of political affinity. The political leadership will eventually fall in place sop do their political supporters, there are methods to it and I will speak of it later of better be unspoken. The Anti India lobby especially the hurriyat is the challenge and need to be handled carefully as they will be the ones to be exploited by Pakistan. Everything has initial teething issues and will eventually be sorted out barring some resistance from extremists time and again.

Nothing that sort will happen all of a sudden Its not that easy. Kashmiris are yet to taste the success of removal of art 370. and once they get a taste of it they will realise how good it was for them.
