Supreme court doesn't really pass judgements on boundary demarcations. They leave it to political set up.They might ask centre to cut down on restrictions in Kashmir but that's it.

Supreme court on numerous occasions has overrulled GoI. There is a posibility of its intervention in consitutional validity of the abrogation, but most likely it will uphold as it will not stay the final decision by the centre.

A classic example of how SC in India function is it allowed Rohingyas to stay in India despite severe opposition by Govt. Its just one and theer are many. So please dont question teh secular nature of our supreme court.
