No, China isn't a real threat. Both China and India are a threat. Defense secretary Gates said it a few times and then there was all this hoopla from the Indian lobby and he quietly moved on from that stance. I agree with it.
China is an open threat but India will back stab us and will not be there when we'll need her against the Chinese. Simple is that. I hope our leaders wake up and realize that.
Here's the proof of what I was saying earlier. The Iran deal was a work of intense Indian lobby. Otherwise, there was no way Iran would be able to get out of these sanctions. The biggest financial benefactor of this deal is India. Which is fine but the US didn't have to do it due to the constant pressure from the Indian lobby. We sidelined Israel and many countries' interests, which wasn't cool. I wish that this doesn't go through formal approval.

Also, you see a flag in my posts, you should respect it. If you can't come out with a fact based answer, you don't have to respond and try to make comments about my nationality when there are two flags from the same country showing my loyalty and allegiance.
Its a common Indian thing (and Chinese), to see a post that doesn't meet your interest and start bitch*ing like a 12 year old girl on periods about someone's nationality and all. How about you guys man up, and post a FACT based response so we can debate. Or go, give your mother a hug and cry about my posts?? No response is needed if you have NOTHING factual to contribute. Thank you.
India is only in it for India and the Indians. Something the West isn't realizing all the way as they expect a "strategic bond" against the Chinese. Which won't be there as India grows.
All these diplomatic, strategic initiatives with the US is a show. We are getting used to the Indian hug and the talk of "strategic partnership", and they are getting used our dollars invested inside India, our technology and jobs, resulting in growing the Indian economy to support its regional expansion goals.
So yes, India is going against Israel in this case to follow strategic interests. The Arabs don't count in the global power struggle. They are monarchs without a vision of the future and each one of them is struggling to keep their own little power shop open and fool their public and deny them rights.
In the future, you'll start to see India going against the US diplomatically too. Sooner or later, it will be all visible to everyone. This is just one example. I wish our leaders wake up and bring back some of the investments we've thrown inside India thinking they'll stand by us, when they'll be-friend China and will try to push us in the North Western corner of the world.
Can the American members take a look at above and provide some opinions please? This is NOT written for Indian trolls to start trolling. I think this is a huge strategic issue from a US standpoint and I'd like to discuss it.

Why are you in pain ?
We are doing what's in it our best interest and USA is doing what's in their interest. Strong and rich Iran is needed in the region for stability in the region and we are following that suit. Your government is with us so far because their planing or strategy brought instability in the region and helped no one (not even the USA)
It's logical to pursue another path as your other path is failed/mistake. It's in the benefit of the world as well USA and India to have stronger Iran so think about it from neutral perspective. (you are american now so forgot about where you came from)
