No doubt...however there is a reason for this madness...there is a saying "necessity is the mother of invention"....we have options available and obviously those options are way better than what we can produce so obvious tilt towards imports....however if you look at areas that were denied to us we have made good progress...Having said that everyone agrees that too much dependence on import is bad and the efforts are on to change that....though we all know that it is atleast couple of decades away!!

Perhaps the only uncertain factor is Russian attitude.
Meanwhile they are holding talks with Pakistan, they may have no intention to break the balance in this area.
