LOL, don't buy the Indians spin. S400 and other weapons purchase negotiations were going on before the so called sanctions came into play that's why they have been given the exemption, but they cannot buy any new weapons system from Russia.

India's reliance on imports is receding very quickly. Even without sanctions, we will be ending our imports pretty soon in pretty much every sector.

And the strategic systems we will continue buying from Russia, that won't stop. All the stuff we need from Russia will cover our purchases for the next 15 years. Like SSN and FGFA. Even they don't expect to sell to us beyond that.
