India's passion for traditional tea in a clay cup

Correction.

I didnt find any clay cups in habibganj, and secondly its not a small station. Its capital of M.P.
With the extensions in bhopal limitis habibganj in recent years is counted into bhopal otherwise it used to be a totally separate town.

.
Its common sense..clay is cheap and supports local pottery versus plastic cups needs mass manufacturing facility and damaging the enviroment.

They are not cheap at all, you can easily buy 20 disposable plastic cups in the cost of a single Kullhar or Clay cup.

If given a option to drink Kesar-badam Milk or Chuhara Milk or Lassi in a Kullhar or Clay cup/glass i will choose it over every other option.

And i know that i have to shell minimum Rs. 5-10 extra for it.

The thing is that it taste better in clay cup/glass and yeah its environment friendly too while providing employment to poor.

.
i like tea in clay pot.it's amazing !!!
in my area all shops are selling tea in plastic cups.even in the station it is paper cups not clay cups..:frown:

i first had tea in clay cup in kolkata.i think all the shops in kolkata serve tea in clay pot.

. . . .
In Pakistan it is served in market places from a green pot, into small ceramic cups.

.
I find clay cups to be dirty and worry if some clay might go inside of me while I drink tea or lassi.
