I thought India pursued nuclear weapons solely because of China. It’s only now they are reinforcing this posture?

India should review its nuclear policy to include:

1. Confirm first-use doctrine.
2. Expand nuclear weapons arsenal to keep pace with China
3. Have full spectrum capabilities, including land, sea, and air; and both fixed and mobile delivery systems.
