From leopard urine to eagles

Indian army using all the animals in the zoo against China and Pakistan. Nice :)

I don't know what a flying jatt is, but I believe the next will be flying bat with similar camera for night-time missions.
i have took few snaps at morning when these golden eagles were hunting over krishenganga river azad kashmir . they look so relaxing and went hunting fish in groups . i feel sad to see how indians treating them .

There were conventional design drones designed around 2016 that could lift far heavier payloads....and they weren't that expensive.

No no no!!!

As a falconer, I am absolutely appalled by this.

Kites have tiny feet and can barely carry a mouse because their toes are so weak.
This means that poor little Arjun must be hitting the drones out of the sky with his body, which must damage him a lot.

Kites are scavengers, and are terrible at hitting things in the air. It would be better suited if they used a falcon.
Furthermore, Arjun is male, so he will be even smaller, more fragile and have weaker feet than a female kite!
Too bad the Indians don't have a braincell between them on this topic.

And what if the drone had sharp carbon fibre blades?

It would be chop chop, sliced and diced arjun with a hint of Camera as an aftertaste.

This is simply just cruelty.

why put poor falcons life in danger india when you can conquer Pakistan by spending 200-300 million dollars! our Army is cheap and for sale!

Pakistan had been using kites with cameras to capture images across the LOC in smaller pilot programs since the 80s.
If I am not mistaken that time they had rigged a mini spy cam on a timer that would trigger based on flight time and basically snap images onto a roll.

However, because it is still a wild animal and not some controlled drone the images were usually half useful and at times the kites would decide to fly the other way.

Once the local drone industry kicked into gear in the mid to late 90s reliance on these animals based ended.
