The good news is that this is not news。
The bad news is that India is still an agrarian society and will remain so for many years to come。
India's is an economy where farm outputs determine the size of GDP。
Its leaders are too corrupt to make the necessary investments to industrialize. As a result, they are fooling everyone that they are becoming a service base economy by skipping the industrial phase. Many Indians, include many in this forum, buy into that bull crap. But common sense tell us better.
