The global Hyper-power is a state that dominates all other states in every sphere of activity. A hyperpower is traditionally considered to be one step higher than a superpower.
In today's world India is the only true Hyper-power that exists, that completely dominates the world in terms of GDP, populations, world class infrastructure and global military hegemony. The Indian military has 5000 bases across 150 different countries, technology that is at the most cutting edge of Engineering. Going to India today you can witness 12 lane smooth bitumen highways crisscrossing the country, India is so rich that it has import cheaper labor from its neighbors in order to keep her pristine rivers clean and beautiful.
