Ok bro lets say he presented the budget in Tamil. Now tell me how many people in India know Tamil?
lets say he did in Kannada. Now tell me how many people in India know kannada ?
same with telugu, marati, etc etc.

The Budget was presented in two languages for your kind information English and Hindi.
Which when compared to others significant population understands.

Instead of complaining lets start learning Hindi or English. If people have a problem with Hindi its okay then dont learn Hindi. teach everybody English let every person know to read and write English.
