I disagree, Indians has no capability in learning. They won’t build a carrier even if they have 5000 years. Any Indian that is above 100 IQ have left India. If they are still in India, they cheated in their IQ test.

40k.tonnes,is a,medium.sized carriers
30 fighters,and helicopters is more than enough for indian Ocean region.

we don't need desire 70k plus super carriers.they cost twice as much to build and twice as much to equip with fighters...

Indian carrier experience is even more meaningless in that they have had no assisted recovery for decades, operating just the extinct Harriers.

China has been operating two much bigger carriers to India's smaller carrier so far more Chinese pilots and sailors are being exposed to carrier operations than Indians.
