I agree with him.
Mass propaganda, spread as much as you can. Take over their radio frequencies and blast the music of freedom, spread pamphlets and posters....there is a saying in pakhto "shay warnol asan dey, kho jowrol gran dey" it means, it's very easy to let the shit hit the fan, but it's hard to keep a cool head and win on multiple fronts.
