Peoples are not made to work 24x7, life is to live and enjoy and not all time work.

An employee dsn't have to work for 24*7 but a port has to.. you could use a morning and a night batch to keep things running in the port..

De-coupled from LCA, not canned. Lot of capital has gone into it.
