It was not a fidayeen cow, so it was OK.

BTW, SAMs are supposed to work whether or not there are cows or dogs present nearby. It's not like we decide when and where to fire a SAM during a war - if there is an incoming aerial threat anywhere, these missiles will take them down - cow or no cow.

@Zarvan : There, you got the answer to your question, "what the hell is this". A routine testing of an indegenous SAM in real world conditions. You see, when we make indegenous SAMs and missiles, we have to test it from field conditions also, not just ideal test conditions. When you buy pretested missiles from China and paint it green and name it after some plunderer, you don't need to do all that, you just put it in storage. You would know, if your country attempted such things. BTW, a SAM has nothing to do with nukes - tell that to your facebook friend who made the video.

Now ask the mods to close the thread, if you don't want everybody to make fun of the kids who steal youtube videos and talentlessly edit them to feel good, and of posters who start threads for such videos.

in real battle field, you have to fire a missile among dogs, pigs, cows or deers...you won't get an isolated place to fire missile in real battle field

Indian Missile Test: Left questions on lack of Indian nuclear security

One news report quoted it as Banshee drone ........ is that system even in service with India ??

But I doubt it ..... considering the fact that we already have Lakshya 2 and the platform even had a specific test aimed at low level flight .

So most probably it was tested against a towed target from Lakshya 2 .
