No it’s true, a ISIS terrorist in 2017 was arrested in New Delhi by NIA in an operation, he was an Afghan and after interrogation he was sent to one of US military bases in Afghanistan where he was further interrogated, his inputs helped IB and NIA prevent various terror attacks in Delhi.

What i don't get is why do they think there are Pak army soldiers in Taliban and if Pak army helped Taliban win then why would they start fighting the Pak soldiers. Not sure whats their logic behind this thinking.
