We started the thing with the fake news of killing of CO with 20 soldiers. Then another fake news of release of our soldiers who went inside Chinese side for executing some business and were outnumbered.

When you say "was it worth it" you are putting a price on the life of a person.

Did our soldiers die to protect Galwan or does our readiness to put our soldier's life on the line act as a deterrent to China.

We do not know the exact fatalities on the Chinese side. Any information coming from other sources is made up. And it is to satisfy our inner nerve.

I do not deny. But mostly these are for political and strategic reasons. Politically because no party in power wants to be seen as losing a battle to a foreign enemy and strategic, perhaps because they do not want the enemy to think that they are losing.
