Indians From Shithole Criticise US : American Professor

She is pointing out the illogical supremacist attitude of Brahmans, but it's clearly not just Indian she mentions. Truth is all of South Asia is a shithole compared to America. This site has many Pakistanis in the West who talk smack against it. People come to America and other Anglo countries and don't appreciate its freedoms and don't adopt the values that gave them the opportunity. She has a right to be angry. By the way, Tucker Carlson the host is not a nobody. He is probably the number one conservative host in America.

This American Sikh community appreciates the freedom in America. There are many others who love America and are grateful for what it gave them and they give back.

Yup, a lot of Muslims especially Pakistanis hate everything about the West and Western culture yet will migrate en masse when given half the chance and reap all the benefits staying there. So its quite hypocritical for some to praise this professor for saying such about Indians when it goes our way as well.

indus valley civilization... The various Muslim empires in the subcontinent...
The IVC was millennia ago, we haven't done much ever since. And the Muslim empires were mostly foreign invaders.

I hope one day you get to visit the UK. British Pakistani here have a lot of money - even our taxi drivers earn a lot.

They just don't like paying tax, so they earn cash and spend cash.

It is changing you know. Young people have figured out how to work the tax system like the goray do. They don't hide cash anymore.

Of course I agree that our North American community is wealthier and more educated - you guys came from middle class or upper class. Our forefathers were substinence farmers.

There are still unsuccessful people in our community, but few and far between.

I went to school with 18 other Pakistani boys - this is 20+ years ago.

5 of them have their own businesses and are all very successful, one is a definite millionaire.
6 are highly paid professionals.
3 of them work as blue collar workers. One of these guys worked 3 jobs and has a very expensive house. The other has bought an apartment in Turkey as well as his own home in the UK.
1 I have no contact with.
1 is unemployed and suffers from mental health issues.
Today 2 of them are drug addicts, lost to the world.
yes, I admire that British Pakistanis are very hardworking and yeah they do make quite a lot of money. Also you right, the reason a lot of the original British pakistanis came to the UK is different from the reasons Pakistanis initially immigrated to America/Canada. Britain was literally built on the labour of Pakistanis and other south asians after WW2. A lot of the industrialization only happened because the UK had imported migrants to work their jobs due to the western world's bad demographics.

Millions of indians are facing malnourishment and starvation.........:azn:............a bunch of indians writing a report for the imf doesn't change that fact. Here is the daily telegraph from 2020. An independent British source ...........:azn::

What a stupid article!
Now you're busy finding these scrap articles with such sensationalized headlines & isolated case studies. I'm posting for the last time again then.

India kept extreme poverty below 1% despite pandemic: IMF paper

The paper presents estimates of poverty and consumption inequality in India for each of the years from 2004-05 through 2020-21. “These estimates include, for the first time, the effect of in-kind food subsidies on poverty and inequality.”

The paper presents estimates of poverty and consumption inequality in India for each of the years from 2004-05 through 2020-21. “These estimates include, for the first time, the effect of in-kind food subsidies on poverty and inequality."
Extreme poverty in India was as low as 0.8% in 2019 and the country managed to keep it at that level in 2020 despite the unprecedented Covid-19 outbreak, by resorting to food transfers through the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY), according to a working paper by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
The paper, titled Pandemic, Poverty & Inequality: Evidence from India observed that “post-food subsidy inequality at 0.294 is now very close to its lowest level 0.284 observed in 1993/94″. It’s authored by economists Surjit Bhalla, Karan Bhasin and Arvind Virmani.
The paper presents estimates of poverty and consumption inequality in India for each of the years from 2004-05 through 2020-21. “These estimates include, for the first time, the effect of in-kind food subsidies on poverty and inequality.”
As many as 89.1% of rural eligible households and 77.3% of urban households, with an all-India average of 84.6%, received food transfers during the pandemic through the public distribution system.
Such effective targeting of food seems to have been the most appropriate policy response to pandemic-induced poverty. The share of food in the average Indian consumption basket, according to the consumption expenditure survey of 2011-12, stands at 46%. However, for the poor, it’s upwards of 60%, according to the paper.
“The expansion of India’s food subsidy program rather than increasing cash transfers enabled the government to provide free food as per the average monthly requirement to all those who were entitled to purchase the same from the PDS system. The Food Security Act (2013) and the increased use of Aadhar accelerated the declining proportion of leakage(s) in the programme.”
The supply of free grains as part of the PMGKY scheme was initially launched for the April-June period of FY21; it was later extended till November-end, 2020. In the wake of the second wave of the pandemic, it was re-introduced in May 2021 and then got extended till FY22-end. Recently, it has been extended up to September 2022. Under the scheme, more than 81.35 crore people are eligible for 5 kg free wheat/rice per person per month, along with 1 kg free whole chana to each family per month. The latest extension would cost the government `80,000 crore.

Now please bang your head & don't waste my time. As per 2018 data Pakistan has 21.6% below poverty line at 1.9$ a say. Comprehend & cope, don't hide :enjoy:

Okay. So in 2018, india had a third of the world's most malnourished and growth stunted children yet in 2022 india has eradicated extreme poverty?........:disagree::

So who is lying? the indians writing for the imf or the global nutrition report?...........¹:disagree:

PS According to a 2018 report, india has more poverty than Pakistan..........:azn::

I wonder what her stance is on East Asians; who have been held up by white supremacists as the “model minority”.
they mentioned asians a couple of times, which i believe in the US means east asians.
Indians are known as east Indians and south asians.
Indians got the brunt because we are more articulate and more successful. Both facts obviously pis..ng them off.
Han Chinese got a special mention at the end.

Sounded like a true white supremacist. These guys think they are the gods and no one should criticize them. She thinks Whites are doing a favour by employing non whites, well ask your corporates and your companies if they hire based on merit or they handout freebies.

They're all like that. Some are brave (and stupid) enough to express it.

Lol Certain state being poor, doesn't mean all states have bad indexes. I'm talking about India overall. Now you're bringing random contexts to defend anyhow.

By this article itself,

Total numbers of stunted children in India is 46 Million which makes 3.53% of India's population.
Total numbers of stunted children in Pakistan is 11 Million which makes 5% of Pakistan's population.

And stunted children mostly has nothing to do with poverty.
Stunting happens due to lack of nutrition, infection, psychological disorder, pollution, added with loads of other factors.

India has extreme poverty or not, I will decide by the given facts from world rating agencies than a sadistic Pakistani drawing false equivalence to defend Pakistan.

Now you can just give it a rest.

india ranks EVEN lower than Pakistan on the global hunger index:

So you're done & dusted with toilet & stunting arguments. Now you've brought a new reference :lol: Understandable.

India has more poor due to population only. Poverty in proportion to population is decent like most developing nations.

I've been saying this whole time.

Don't worry. Cry & cope

The only crying should be done is those that should be mourning the death of over 4 million indians by coronavirus:
