Why are they so pissed? Taliban didn't destroy the dam, they just took control of it, so no worries, it would be helpful for the people of Afghanistan. It's just that the indian agents and spies would be kicked out of Afghanistan.

Oh come on we all know how much they really wanted to help afghans a Muslim majority country with almost no historical and cultural association with India. They built dams,schools overthere to stay relevant and afghan power politics and to justify their presence overthere. So they can conduct all kinds of terrorist activities against pakistan from overthere or possibly build military bases . Now after taliban all that SAPPORRT is gone ,and money wasted. That's why they are frustrated.
