India's GDP for 2015 should be $ 2200 billion [IMF]

So combined expenditure for India's defense,space & civilian nuclear programs constitutes 1.92% of India's GDP.

Now take Pakistan's case-Pakistani defense budget last year was $7.8 billion.

Pakistan's GDP for 2014 should be $ 260 billion [IMF].

Pakistani defense spending constitutes 3% of Pakistan's GDP.

Now,please tell me who overspend here ?
