Well the Lib's are still better that the alternative regarding illegal migrant issue, The problem is there a huge amount of money involved in this, The issue they face is the mollycoddling judiciary, Most of the high and supreme court judges both at state and federal level are far removed from ground realities.. Most deportation orders from DIAC are held up for decades by these wankers.. Diaspora pressure groups directly connected to people smuggling networks spend millions on immigration lawyers to stall the process's
The problem is our immigration policy is too liberal...Everyone that got here can apply for a refugee visa, whether or not they are indeed refugee, then the process is dragging on for years, and when they were refused, they then started the administrative appeal process, which is notoriously lenient, and then this will drag on for a few more year, that's a decade of sucking up our resources, where they hang out in front of a train station and doing nothing, while using our money to buy beer and drugs and get into trouble
Don't get me wrong, there are good refugee and good immigrant, but people that leech off the system have GOT TO GO. I mean I have been living quite a few place, not one country (not even Sweden) will allow you to just apply for a Refugee visa onshore when you overstay or get in the country illegally. This is a big joke.
And don't get me started on the judiciary system, my wife is a lawyer and often work pro-bono on refugee case, which is easy cases to work off your Pro-Bono quota to keep your credential.
