Just read the article and all this time most of the Pakistani guys and almost all of the Indian pajeets were under impression that Barhmos was deliberately fired inside Pakistan. I wonder why people conclude that even they know the capabilities and skill reputation of Indian forces especially IAF and related wings.

Or, more importantly why there are checks and balance avenues available to them (regardless of the validity of the claim) that are rarely if ever available to Pakistan Military forces.

A Pakistani Major cannot file a lawsuit claiming a general forcefully approved a equipment purchase that failed all parameters because the general was going to get kickbacks. In today’s India, it is possible for an Indian Major to have that chance and a civilian to stand at that general’s ordinary house and give the general sweats.

there is very very long list of military prisnors in pakistan . a brigadior was thrown in jail for years just to ask hard question from mushrraf .

That probably is the most sad aspect of it - all of these sanctimonious ones decrying the military have both relatives and at times family serving or are simply not impacted by the conditions in Pakistan the slightest. Every corrupt general was born in Pakistan, raised in the system - learnt all he could from it and the adapted what he learnt for his life in the military.

Despite all the wishes of the critics of the military to want to see it - Kakul has no chapters or training on “How to be corrupt and steal land” - that comes from cultural memory that is part of the institution, part of the land and peoples.
