We have had enough of Militancy in Kashmir..its just that Pakistan supported terrorists want more.....

All Pakistanis jump up and down every day in the name of Kashmir....but the fact is that no Pakistani cares what happens to people in Kashmir...its just a tool to keep tensions high between India and Pakistan...and thats about it....do you know who is the worst effected from this terrorism in Kashmir..its people like me...a Kashmiri...who is forced to leave his home and run to save his life....

I don't make absurd claims about my next 1000 rebirths buddy ..... I have enough on my plate to finish in this one itself.

The only militancy in Kashmir is thanks to your country.

The news is that 700+ militants are activated and ready to unleash terror once again in Kashmir. To "re-open new fronts" to take some of the pressure off where your crack troops are getting their backsides handed to them by 3/4 pajama clad bearded tribals.

Seems someone just cannot stand the sight of a peaceful Kashmir having its shot at normalcy.

Its like a love-hate relationship. You curse our armed forces for being there. And when they are ready to leave, you and your jihadis do something that ensures they stay back.

Where does the well-being of the common Kashmiri fit into this neverending cascade?

But remember ..... every act of violence in our country by yours will invite a reply in the same coin.

I do respect your post... But how do we believe Pakistan on this. Kargil happened and initial response from Pakistan was denial and then when proof was submitted in International forums Pakistan had to make a U turn.

Mumbai happened, The same scenario of flip flop continued.

I do agree its not good for Pak/India to have these so called NON STATE ACTORS.

Let Pakistan take care of its territorial NON STATE ACTORS and Let India take care of its side.

The problem in between is Kashmir. There is no way that Kashmir is going into independent state. The only other three logical conclusion is
Annexe it to PAK or INDIA. Which is also not possible with present circumstances. What I see the next possible state it mark LOC as IB and mark the Whole of Kashmir on either side of LOC into autonomous region and make it more like an European Union. This is only solution which can take place. And both countries agree upon security of either side of LOC as two different states of the autonomous region.

Yes this can be further fine tuned.... so that both can trust each other.

But who is in talking terms..? Where is the trust ? Can we believe each other? This forum itself is a simple example of how much we like and trust each other...

Brother, I feel your pain. Hopefully India will construct something to Isolate the terrorist parts of Pakistan from our Kashmir.

Pakistan isn't allowing
I think the Indian government should construct a fence/wall anyways even if Pakistan doesn't allow. Kashmir is ours. If Pakistan is sending its terrorists here. We have the right to do anything and stop it. Screw the UN resolution/ w/e accords. Doesn't bring peace. We should trash then.

Could anyone answer why Pakistan isn't letting India construct a fence?

UN resolutions are now invalid.
When you make an agreement and one party takes another course to settle it, the agreement becomes void.
Pakistan took terrorism route and that means, it diverted from UN resolution. Once Pakistan did that the UN resolution becomes null and void (unofficially).

Also I do not know why we waited for 60 years, if their was UN Resolution in 1947 why did Pakistan did not forced a immediate settlement, things change a lot in 63 years and it is not possible to do it now.
