Harry veer, I understand your predicament in college. But in college, especially in Punjab, a Sikh is expected to wear a Turban. Its a sign of maturity and respect and honor for who you are. Your senior, apparently he wasn't into all those ideals, but was just pushing you around for being a junior. We had those types in our Engg. college as well.

Another incident Kerala High court instructed Kerala police to give protection to a girl who refuses to wear parda..she was threatened by her neighbor and some people for not wearing parda..it was in our local news paper..will post if i find any english news about it..

Seriously what is wrong with these people ..why cant they just mind their own business..Kerala Muslims are in news for all the wrong reasons now a days..so much for high literacy and high social standards
