Everywhere there are rotten eggs but it doesn't mean you should become one to counter one. Sometimes it's better to ignore just like I have some members on IGnore list.

The posts that I stumbled upon on that chay forum were made by the most decent Indian posters of pdf (they use same IDs on both fora) and not by some usual hate mongering Indian chaddiz. And if I go by your suggestion I would have to ignore all Baharatiz here on this forum.

Were they all decent posters from PDF, I don't think so. A decent person doesn't changes the statement or position untill proven against his/her belief. And yes if you feel it's right then whoever is there doing bad comments, you can ignore them there also and here also. It should be backed by proper reporting to moderators also. That way we can work to clear the virtual space. I have been doing this from very long time(not that long as I am hardly 27). Killing a Indian is not going to change my perspective towards common Pakistani public though I might learn few things which I can share in my society. Sometimes we have to think evaluate whether our current action might not lead us in bad situation in future. Peace.

Killing is different and spying is different. I don't know what is happening with people in Pakistan that they are so much bloodthirsty of Indians from the start, though I have to agree how many are normal people fighting for their daily lifestyle uplifting. Perhaps you should again read the news mate as it's clearly stating Lahore high Court had freed him from charges, however he wasn't released. If charges for spying is death, then why was he not accorded the same. Because high Court had struck down the charges.

Well that has to be decided by Indian state. As for spies we prefer to send them back in coffins. I only hope no innocent gets trapped. India acquits only when no charges are found to stand in the court of the law. Sometimes cases even go till the supreme court if accusing party wishes. Further all records are made available for scrutiny if someone wishes to go through the details. It's all open here.

Acquitted from bomb making charges not the spying charges. He was on death row and would have been hanged. He passed away before that.

Yes I am aware of spying charges still standing, that is why I have requested for the Pakistani law link to the page where it's mentioned death sentence for spying. I need to read Pakistani law education.

Court decides the evidence. In such case it is likely to be Special Anti-terrorism court. Decision can be challenged in High Court and then supreme court. Pakistani and Indian law and judicial system are very similar. Both derived from British law system.

First thing I would like to correct you, it's Muh me RAM, bagal me churi. Koi ho jaye andha, koi ho jaye kodhi. It means exactly one person should be rewarded through his/her deeds only. And same way if some one pretends to be different in two or more places, he/she will get the required punishment. Second thing one single forum is not a representative of a country. A forum is representative of itself only, neither up nor down. There are sites which are inhumane, so should we consider persons as animals without humanity. No only that particular person would be animal, not all people. Sorry I don't mean teaching as it's not my forte & profession.

Well spy cases are sometimes dealt buy courts and some times by our Military Courts

That's Pakistani courts for you. They even acquitted malik ishaq even though he used to openly boast about making a century of killing shias.
