Even in Pakistan on paper FATA should have the most malnourished. I think if you seen men from tribal areas you know they are mostly definitely not underfed. These figure are prepared by people sitting in Washington who just go along with numbers given to them. Just look out for random selection of Afghan crowd to see their clothing and physical condition. Then relate that with the so called 25% starvation figures.
And men from Pakistan, Tribal areas, FATA. This on paper is starving, poor, underdeveloped.

Going by your amazing brilliant logic, based below pic of Islambad, following conclusions can be made
1. No terrorism in Pakistan, as in the below picture we see no injured citizens from terror strike
2. No poverty in Pakistan, as we see no poor people in the below picture
3.No slums in Pakistan, as we see no slums in the below picture
Why is it that Pakistanis take pride in poor situation of its Hindu citizens? and think of it as some kind of insult to Indians?
They are Pakistanis citizens first unless they change their citizens
This is equivalent to a kid who bad mouths his kith and kin in the society and expects society to respect him
