Kashmir was settling down during the congress with the educated youth starting to takw ownership of India; this extremist government and its high handedness reversed an ideal situation that would have left Pakistan without any ground support in ten years.
Now, its entrenched and local.
Something no mai ka laal hamid or kayani could have in their wildest imagination asked for this good.
