Indians are their own biggest enemies. These are symptoms of bigger morale issues in the military. A lot of the soldiers are from farming families so that could be a contributing factor. I think the morale issue could one of the drivers for the cease fire. Their politicians sitting in Delhi can thump their chest to win elections but it the grunt on the ground who suffers.
