What about the rape being used as a war tactics by Indian Occupied Army? What about Kashmiris being blinded, disappeared and found dead in fields, abducted and killed extra judicially? If India is so worried about relatives then should stop persecuting the Kashmiris.

A successful insurgency requires massive local support , like in Afghanistan. Not present in kashmir.
In anycase killings never achieved anything , except sowed more dislike and distrust.

Kashmiris aren't provided with help by everyone from outside. Ask Indian Army to stop killing Kashmiris if they are own people allegedly. Kashmiris are fighting back with whatever they have in their resources unlike Taliban in Afghanistan. Don't think that India Army has the power as equal to USSR or NATO but there is the issue with Kashmiris weapons strength.
