Last i heard IN was upgrading its fleet of harriers and Seaking choppers, received Mig29. This article is bullshit and old. WE faced this problem a couple of years back.

Harriers have ELTA 2032 RADAR from Israel along with Derby BVR missiles.But the Harriers are one of the most dangerous jets to fly so they'll be gone by 2012(hopefully).
