Indian RAW kidnaps retired Pakistan Army officer from Nepal

Kasab , has the and team has GPS activated in Pakistan , the recording of their talks with handlers in Pakistan :D and his video killing people waiting for train in CT ..... wow and he is not Pakistani and hope you remember your president at that time coined a new term non-state actors :D but you are right he dose not have a Pakistani [passport with fake name ;) ;)

Kiddo, understand geopolitics . like you milked the Kassab chap to max without any solid evidence that he belonged to Pakistan and how Pakistan is the sponsor of terrorism, you think we will let go this opportunity to humiliate India and drag its name through dirt in regards to terrorism? Yadev is just a mean to bigger objectives.

MARK MY WORDS :)

.
Cut the BS son, Kassab credentials were never verified, He was never allowed to meet Pakistani investigative team and when they were about it, Indian establishment hurriedly hanged him.

As usual, lie, lie and more lie's. The responsible authorities in your country had verified and admitted the fact that Ajmal Kasab is indeed Paksitani. Please care to read the below news about that;

https://www.dawn.com/news/337915

http://nation.com.pk/columns/14-Jan-2009/Ajmal-Kasab-Pakistani

Therefore your rants here doesn't make any difference. Moreover your pain regarding Kasab here confirms the fact that he was indeed a Pakistani. :p:

While Kassan being a rag tag no state actor, without being verified who he was , you milked him to max, whereas we got a solid RAW agent caught with his pants down in Pakistan spear heading terrorism campaign against Paksitan and its citizens. Our military courts are part of our constitution and law. They are as valid as any other court in Pakistan, be it civilian or any other. Yadev was given a civil lawyer and he failed to prove his innocence. End of story!

The most bizarre statement I have ever read regarding this. Just out of curiosity, how can a civilian lawyer represent a convict in a military court ?? Can you please enlighten me. LOL :p:

Well it is Pakistan after all anything can happen, but can you atleast please name that civil Advocate who represented Mr. Yadhav, can anyone from your side just in case, please ?? :p:

Now watch how your country name is dragged through dirt. As per Mr Basit, "you cannot complain when you sponsor terror". ;)

Mr. Basit, who ?? :p:

P.S: Just FYI, Pakistan doesn't represent the world, neither does the world revolve around Pakistan, just wait and watch how your sham trails and punishments are gonna backfire. It's only a matter of sometime.

.
We are hearing that he was planning for terrorist attack on Indian soil while operating from Nepal. He must have been picked up Nepali police on the cue from Indian agency.

Let's set up a military court to pronounce the punishment in the same fashion as our counterpart do.

If you believe that, you do not know why the world rates ISI as the top-most intelligence agency in the world! nuff said!

He was is IT Cheif in GHQ

We know how big the fish is

Do you really believe a GHQ IT Chief would post all his info on Linkedin and then go to Nepal to get caught by RAW? I love it when you Indians get a chance to blow up too much, and then BAM!

But you still believe that India would send it's agent with a fake Indian passport just to be caught by ISI. :o:

If we were to actually send one, we would have made a genuine Nepali, Bangaladeshi, Sri-Lankan or even a Pakistani passport just that case, why specifically a fake Indian one, ever thought ?? :p:

Show us the evidence other than his confession that he was involved in espionage and terrorism. Any eye witnesses or material evidence??

Even if you wish that India should only do TIT for your TIT and not TAT, our TIT will be 5 times larger and will become TAT for you.

You kidnapped Kulbhushan using XYZ methodolgy and we returned favor using ABC methodology.

You did not take our permission to use XYZ methodolgy so why do you want us to seek your permission if we use ABC methodology.. Methodology may differ ...can't be exact replica.

Check history....when in 1965 Pakistan invaded Kashmir, we decided to invade all of Pakistan (our response can not be same, isn't it). You create trouble in J&K and we choose to pay back some where of our choice. We are the big brother, our slap can be really ear shattering...and its normal and expected and given.

End result is , you have our guy and we have yours. You used your laws to punish him, we will use our tactics to do it. Period. Lets close all this thread .

Won't matter much in the end. Keep trying

Everything is shared with Indian government. We have neutralised around 400 Indian agents in Pakistan just by the leads provided by KY. After his nabbing, the law and order situation in Karachi and Baluchistan has drastically improved. Indian establishment till date haven't replied on basic queries like how a serving Indian Navy commander, in Chabahar, found in Baluchistan, was in possession of genuine Indian passport but with Muslim name, a fake name, on it. Man himself, in detail have acknowledged the crimes he committed. Its a open and shut case, not like Ajmal Kasab whose credentials were never established, yet for donkey years India used him against Pakistan.

Your own former DG, FIA Tariq Khosa is saying this and yet you are in denial.

Are we as a nation prepared to muster the courage to face uncomfortable truths and combat the demons of militancy that haunt our land? That is the question!

Tariq Khosa, former director general of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) tasked with probing the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, has made the admission in an opinion piece published on the website of Pakistani newspaper Dawn.

Pathetic try, nothing else. :-(

Who's words do you think the world will accept in this case ?? The very guy who was the Chief Investigator of the 26/11 case or some so called (yellow) investigative journalists ?? LOL :p:

FYI, Mr. Tariq Khosa was also the head of the team that investigated the infamous MemoGate scandal. Your courts didn't assigned him that job without any reason. :p:

http://nation.com.pk/national/02-Dec-2011/Profile-of-Tariq-Khosa

Still if you have doubt on his findings, SHAME ON YOU, for supporting pathological liars. :p:

Whole world knows the topi drama that was the mumbai. The fact the Pakistani judicial team was never allowed access to cross examine Kasab was a nail in the coffin of the Indian narrative.

And here we have a jet black Indian spy/criminal/terrorist caught with its pants down, and your whole state is not only denying him but supporting him knowing fully well his self confessions of terrorism in Pakistan. SHAME ON YOU.
