Yup that is true. Until you land you always use ur country's number, as you can always have incoming calls.

Fact is there are lot of loop holes in the story which give out his nature of work. Putting this story in media with so much info itself is a stupid thing to do. If they had common sense like other intel orgs they would have gone silent and taken to backdoor channels. Wonder what they are trying to achieve?
