theyre more valuable alive than dead....but to capture them may require either a well coordinated lure, or an attack/ambush of some sort (less likely in an ally country as this would cause a diplomatic incident)

His resume says he worked as head of IT department at GHQ- I doubt India would be interested in exchanging such an asset for some one like Jadhav- If India has him-

I don't think RAW has him- I am sure he is a great patriot- may be chilling around somewhere in Nepal or has gone to climb mount Everest who knows-

As far as I know (based on material available in public domain he's a former artillery officer with some expertise in counter-terrorism and had a commanding role @ UN Mission Haiti....there's no information I've seen about "Head of IT department at GHQ" though I have seen some indian channels claiming he's a retired spook. Chahbahar may be a safer place for an indian spy (hiding behind garb of "businessman") than Lumbini which is probably having RAW informants given its proximity to indian border. So if the indians indeed have him, then he got sloppy if he managed to get framed and played so badly into enemy hands. Kulbushan Jadhav is known to have gotten sloppy, it was when we intercepted signals of him speaking in Marathi that his world came crashing down hard on him.

Hopefully we do recover him; but it will be political suicide for Nawaz Sharif to think of prisoner swaps (again - ASSUMING the indians actually have Lt. Col Habib which so far they havent.....and it's something the indians would want to quickly announce if they want to have a modicum of "leverage" here)

desirable but unlikely.....obviously if someone of his background goes "missing" it's troublesome for serving and retired military fraternity and the govt of Pakistan and people

as I said 100 times already - either indian govt will make an announcement or....ideally, Govt of Nepal will successfully work with Pakistan Embassy to locate him in safe hands.

Not just any army officer, looks like we captured an ex/ISI officer. The good Lt Colonel served in the ISI from 2003-2009. Although not the sharpest idea to put all this on his resume and upload on the internet! A swap is imminent

I appreciate your quest to do fact finding but everyone knows that when you do "detective work" you have to provide the original source for your information (I'm not doubting it by the way, but posting links is standard protocol)

If that is the official version of Pakistan, then he is entitled to consular access.
That you have not provided him that, exposes the truth what your country has done.

Besides, we will also give lot of proofs in coming days. Just hold your horses please.

Convicted spies are never granted "Consular access".....moreover under Pakistani law, ALL espionage/terrorism cases of this nature are addressed in military courts especially as they pertain to national security

the only thing "exposed" here is india and its nefarious designs against Pakistan (which in the end will all fail anyways)

The path to freedom requires a few blood shed.

I'm sure Kashmiris will agree with you there - which is why they're defying curfews and giving critical input and tip-offs to poorly armed freedom fighters who are thrashing a lot of occupation forces in sporadic incidents
