You are forgetting, the Japanese are interested in investment and give operation training for that.

What's your latest budget allocation for HSR?

I hear that the fund isn't enough for a single km of HSR. As a matter of fact, it is not even enough for half a km if the Japs are hired to do the work.

That just a single HSR and the budget is for current year, not for entire project. We have no plans similar to mindless construction of HSR in China to reach GDP growth targets. You too know your HSR is making staggering losses except the Beijing-Shanghai HSR line.

孟买地铁一号线城轨车辆项目为自主设计项目,共计18列108辆,为A型宽体车辆,采用不锈钢焊接技术。该车单节长22米、宽3.2米,高3.8米,比目前国内通行的A型车还要宽20厘米,轴重为17吨,车辆轴重以及平均载客量均超出了国内A型车水平。列车近期采用4节小编组方式,2动2拖,远期6节编组,3动3拖,单节额定载客375人,比国内A型车多57人,整列载客1500人。列车采用25000伏单相交流供电系统。

经过数月努力,中国南车旗下的南车南京浦镇车辆有限公司5月9日在印度孟买成功签下了总额超过1.1亿美元的地铁车辆订单。这是我国企业首次获得出口印度的地铁车辆合同,将实现中国轨道交通装备向印度出口的“零突破”。这也是中国南车第一次向海外出口地铁车辆整车。南车浦镇公司总经理楼齐良在合同上签字,南车股份副总裁张军见证了签字仪式。

孟买是印度最大城市,也是印度最大的港口和交通枢纽,素有印度“西部门户”之称,人口近3000万,是印度乃至世界上人口最多的城市之一。改善孟买交通拥挤状况一直是近年来印度政府的重要目标。孟买向全球发出招标书后,世界轨道交通的巨头争相参与,在激烈的竞争中,南车浦镇公司以新颖的设计和良好的价格优势一举拔得头筹。

孟买地铁一号线城轨车辆在保持A型地铁列车诸多先进性能的同时,还具有许多个性特征。孟买地铁列车单节长22米、宽3.2米,高3.8米,比目前国内通行的A型车还要宽20厘米。车体为不锈钢,轴重为17吨。列车采用4节小编组方式,两动两拖,单节额定载客375人,比国内A型车多57人,整列载客1500人。列车采用25000伏单相交流供电系统。由于地铁列车将采用中国南车自主研发的牵引系统,将大大降低整车造价。

根据合同规定,供应孟买的首列宽体大运量的不锈钢车体地铁列车,将于合同签字后第18个月开始交付。
