I have narrated this experience and few more many times on forum, so I will narrate again for you....
Rindh sahab was sitting in his mansion in Dubai, as he was on run from murder charges against him. His operation was run from karachi by someone whose name i don't want to take on open forum. I met his local henchman in Balochistan who was running a squad of local baloch men for destruction of infrastructure, stealing electricity cables, destroying electricity poles, cutting off water supply line, destruction of road.....

Infrastructure i.e water & electricity was brought to the area so families of those locals would benefit, but they decided to side with Sardar & destroyed the property....what happened in result? their wives & children suffered. If i had brought an NGO to that area & ask them to describe the situation, they would have said that negligence of state for not providing welfare facilities to these poor families, they will write long stories on how far women have to walk to get water, or malnutrition of the children. Those NGO workers would not have a single clue that Elders in those houses are the ones who have destroyed the welfare facilities.

So tell me one thing. Balochistan is so huge. It's not a monolith. Start development in phases, from the eastern border with Punjab near Dera Ghazi. Or the northern Pakhtun side near Zhob. Eventually moving to the Baloch stronghold where the Marris and Bugtis live. Baloch sardars hostility to development is a factor but its not a such a huge factor.

Marris and Bugtis live right near the border with Punjab and Sindh, just have a look at the district map of Balochistan to see where Kohlu and Dera Bugti are located.

I don't think so economy was better at that time. If that would have been the case, Pakistan would never have to go again to the IMF.

pakistan' s condition is very similiar to the flight PK 8303 that crashed few days back. problems are more . the leaders leading the counry and those who have led the country before are all incompetent and corrupt. all the institutes are just like PIA maintenance staff full or sifarshis and corrupt. the pakistan craft due to the poor management and incomeptence has already bounced off the runway without landing gears and has serious damages and now it is in the air trying to gain some altitude. the leaders are giving false hopes that they will make it. all institutes (engines) have failed and the pakistan craft is giving lot of smoke and is trying to make it to its destination .lets see whther it gets there safely or faces the same fate as that of flight PK 8303. and if it shared the same fate as that of the flight then the credit of failure will go to the pilots (leaders) and maintenance staff (nation)

pakistan is failing to control 4 provinces and it dreams about taking kashmir .what a silly nation.
