Despite all your ranting, the fact remains that J-K has a constituent assembly, and elected representatives. They participate in the state and national elections, pay taxes to and receive benefits from the Indian govt, and are part of India. They have the same political rights as Bengalis and Tamilians and Maharashtriyans and anybody else, which renders your comparison to colonialism a big fat lie.

Colonies do not have equal rights as the colonizers, and no political rights or representation. Kashmiris have as much rights and freedoms as any other Indian, and more than Pakistanis have had in their history.

They participate in the state and national elections, pay taxes to and receive benefits from the Indian govt, and are part of India. Colonies do not have equal rights as the colonizers, and no political rights or representation. Kashmiris have as much rights and freedoms as any other Indian, and more than Pakistanis have had in their history.
