But we should give some room for younger players, eyeing on Tokyo 2020.

He retired and then came back, and still performs well that is what counts. Plus he a face of badminton at the moment, lee might have been dominating the sports but Lin is still champion for me. Lin has definitely gone slower but at the same time he is more accurate now a days.

I don't think Lin will play till Tokyo olympics. He will be 38 by then, there will be probably some younger player in Chinese contingent in Tokyo.
However he's still the Roger Federer of Badminton and probably one of the greatest player the game of Badminton has ever seen.

@Nilgiri any idea how an athlete weighing 63 kg competing in 58 kg category ? Thats insane. Sakshi was competing with a girl weighing 5kg more than her !!!

He is not Srikanth's coach. The Indian guy besides him is the main coach. The chinese looking person is a foreign coach hired from Malaysia.

He is already ageing. Lin Dan in his heydays was the most aggressive player in the world. He has lost all of his aggression already.
