Perhaps you should learn to read your history as well....what you did with Pakistan in form of Mukti Bahni..or Siachen assault...Now the peace process was started again...and again situation on LOC started to get heatup ...perhaps you need to confirm who was the initiater this time ??

We will actually have more then 5000 targets for that in the Indian Heartland.

You are right in current senario. But if a war like Kargil happen again , there won't be any USA to stop india from crossing. And I don't see Russia doing that too. And there is no power in the world which could do that.
This narrow down to China.

Again you are back to square one , did I say not that the time of invading is well past when the nukes are more deadly than ever before and both countries have effective ways to deliver them ? Even in that case , you are most welcome to cross the border , its not like the nukes are going anywhere ... Nobody's banking on US , that country is not considered an ally now ... China will provide material help as usual , will the US interfere then and pick up a fight with Beijing - its largest trading partner ? I dont think so since they are involved in a couple of other regions too , China is only busy in its backyard - SCS ... I know why US is improving relations with you but I am not clearly seeing the signs of any " Two Front war " ...

In broader sense Indian Officials pass through a phase of "Psychotic Episodes about Pakistan" after 2 or 3 years. And their media give them some injections which always show reverse effects....and that completes the whole picture.

No it isn't , it is the most powerful and rational deterrent that is used to warn little kids who think using a nuclear weapon is a joke ... The typical IA can cut the GT road in hours ? Quite frankly I believe it doesn't matter whether you warn your citizens and instruct them to build shelters that it would do any benefit in case of a nuclear conflict those poor people are screwed simply put... if not from direct impact then most likely indeed from nuclear fallout.

The saving grace and the only comfort that Pakistan possesses are its nukes which they threaten to deploy against anything and everything, so ideally India will be prepared for them to do this blunder. The fear of Pakistani nukes or its components falling into jihadii hands and the making of dirty bombs are a real danger assessment not only for India but all countries where jihadiis are active which includes all the developed countries.
There are numerous Kashmiri militant groups operating out of Pakistan and these are well networked with the hundreds of other terrorist groups operating in those areas, so however minute there is an ever present danger of a dirty nuke going off in another country.
